Shipping Policy

At Rare Gaming, we specialize in delivering your favorite Magic The Gathering and Pokémon sealed products quickly and securely. For in-stock orders paid by 3 p.m. Eastern Time on business days, we make every effort to ship the same day. Orders paid after that time or on weekends normally ship the next business day. These are handling targets, not guarantees. Pre-order and back-order items follow the timing stated in their listings.

We partner with trusted carriers to provide fast, reliable shipping, so you can start cracking packs or powering up your collection as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey every step of the way. While we aim for speedy delivery, shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of sealed trading card game products, we generally do not accept returns of shipped products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, please contact Support@RareGaming.net so we can review and address the issue.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
Refunds and returns are processed by Lala Labels LLC, doing business as Rare Gaming.

Cancellations:

Can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
